All services are subject to written estimates, project scope definitions, and signed service agreements.
3. Estimates & Project Scope
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quoting.
Changes in project scope, materials, site conditions, or customer requests may result in revised pricing.
Hidden conditions (e.g., soil issues, underground obstructions) may require additional charges.
Change orders must be approved before additional work is performed.
4. Scheduling & Project Timelines
Project start dates and completion timelines are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Material shortages
Equipment issues
Permit delays
Site readiness
Acts of God / force majeure events
We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
5. Payments & Deposits
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract and may include:
Initial deposit
Progress payments
Final payment upon completion
Failure to make payments as agreed may result in:
Work stoppage
Project delays
Additional fees
Legal or lien action where permitted by law
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits may be non-refundable once scheduling, labor, or materials have been secured.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be outlined in your service agreement.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and clear site access
Remove vehicles, furniture, and obstacles
Ensure pets and children are secured
Mark private utilities (sprinklers, septic, lighting, etc.)
Obtain HOA approvals if required
We are not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items.
8. Permits & Compliance
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Permit acquisition responsibility will be defined in the project contract.
Customers must disclose property line, zoning, or easement restrictions.
We are not liable for undisclosed compliance issues.
9. Workmanship Warranty
We provide a workmanship warranty of [X years] from the date of project completion, covering defects directly related to installation.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal concrete cracking
Surface discoloration
Freeze/thaw damage
Settling or soil movement
De-icing salt damage
Improper maintenance
Acts of nature

10. Concrete Disclaimer
Customer acknowledges that concrete is a natural material and may exhibit:
Hairline cracks
Color variations
Surface texture differences
Minor shrinkage
These are normal and not considered defects.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with website functionality
Submit false or misleading information
